As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, to which an additional 1 day will have to be added for the handling of the package.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage charges. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Each delivery is considered to have been made when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, which is verified by the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to review the order upon delivery and submit any justified reservations or claims. In addition, the recipient has the option to refuse the package if it has been opened or shows obvious signs of deterioration.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, confers on the Customer the right to revoke the requested order within a period of FOURTEEN working days from receipt of the same after notifying our company. Communication must be made via e-mail (info@asvarta.com)
ORDER REVOCATION/RETURN PROCEDURE
Once THE CUSTOMER informs us of his/her wish to proceed with the return, we will confirm the receipt of his/her message. Without this confirmation, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin. After our confirmation, you must send us the goods you wish to return to us as long as they have not been used, damaged and are in the original packaging, with all their original contents, including accessories, warranties and maintenance.
Once we receive the goods, we will check that all the aforementioned requirements are met and if so, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products in your order (in no case the amount paid for shipping or transport of the same, or reimbursement costs). The method of payment for the refund will be: credit to your card if it was paid by Credit Card.
RETURNS OF ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS IN A MULTI-PRODUCT ORDER
In the event that a customer wishes to return one or more products, in a "multi-product" order, the COMPANY reserves the right to take into account the Shipping Costs in the event that such return affects the total amount of the order and has benefited from the option of free shipping costs at the time of purchase. The customer must contact us, indicate the product or products they wish to return and the company will indicate the costs associated with such return.
